Dear Anne Frank

Dear Anne Frank

What I like about you is that you are much opened minded you think everything can be positive. You are a strong girl to be your age and what you’re going through. You always like to be right and you are friendly like with your friends and everybody else. You have a great sense of humor. You like to experience new stuff and find new adventures. You are a very loud person that likes to laugh and be center of attention. I feel that you being in the attic must really suck you have to deal with your mother because you and her don’t have not that much stuff in common so you are always arguing with her. Being in the attic must not be that fun because you don’t get to see your friends and you don’t get to go outside and play. Also being in the attic must feel boring. I think that before you went into hiding it just wasn’t fair that you didn’t get the same rights like everybody else that wasn’t Jewish. I think that now that you’re in the attic you should adapt to your new life also you should feel safe because nobody knows that you’re in there only Miep and her husband. I think that being in the attic must not be that much fun because you don’t have nobody to talk to like what you’re going through and what you’re feeling like for example when your got your period you only told Margot but you didn’t talk to her like what you’re feeling. What I would do to get through things happening in the attic is just write everything your going through like what your experiencing just write it down in your diary also try to entertain myself try to get have some fun but not that much fun that will get you in trouble. (320 words)

Sincerely, Jessica
